ABOUT MYSELF: I am a self motivated, confident, enthusiastic team spirited player who loves to work in the domain of public Health. I am keen to work for the socially deprived and marginalized section of society and improvement in their health, bringing happiness to them through good health. I strongly believe that real learning occurs when you are able to apply theory knowledge to field reality and bring the change. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. One Month Rural Internship with Public Health Department Government of Maharashtra, Directorate of health services: posted at PHC Saphale. TITLE OF THESIS: A Study on Management of Malaria in Tribal Region of Dantewada from Patients Perspective. Objectives of the Study: 1. To study perceptions of malaria in terms of Symptoms and treatment by Tribals. 2. To study health seeking behavior of tribals to deal with malaria. 3. To study household expenditure pattern in treating malaria. Progress: Completed Data collection.

3. Analyze the existing pattern of health care seeking behavior from the M-W ward of Mumbai. 4. Analyze the human resource planning prevalent at the Taluka level, taking into consideration the shortage of staff at the PHCs and SCs with special emphasis to coverage of the Programme and work load -Taluka Palghar, PHC Saphale.
