From the Editors Desk...

Dear Readers,

The September edition is kaleidoscope of achievements, tradi-

tion and values.

On 5th of September despite the examinations, students wanted

to felicitate our respected faculties. But our teachers told us to
prepare for examination and postpone the teacher’s day cele-
bration. Students were disappointed, but this caring gesture
from our faculties has reinforced our belief in traditional Indian
values. We have tried to pay our gratitude by featuring an arti-
cle “The Creation of a Teacher”.

We also salute our new national heroes, Abhinav Bindra, Sushil

Kumar and Vijender Kumar for making the Beijing trip the best
ever Olympics for India.

In student’s activities section we have come up with a story on

National Student Management Game, where an INNU team
has qualified for national semifinals. We hope they will bring

Is it worth…..

I live for myself, I breathe for myself

I sing, dance I ate
and one fair day I met someone
the fairest I ever met
I get to like her as I get to know her, I wanted to be with her
now she is not with me and her memories are getting blur
the day came in our life, it was such a situation
she with utmost faith in me, just asked a question
would u die for me ???
and then it happened so, just in a fraction
we started walking together but, changed the direction

and today I am happy, having all the fun

just asking myself, is it worth dying for someone ???
was it worth dying for her ???
she who always shy in telling, but I know what does she mean
she who always ask me to shave, she who wants me to be clean
she who always stops me to drink and smoke
she who always motivates me, never provoke
she who dares to walk with me, even when she is afraid
she who keep all the letters, even after the letters are fade
she who always saves money for me, curbing all her needs
she who always comes to me, despite all my deeds
she who waits long for me and I always get late
and then she forgives me and smile, thinking that’s her fate

Is she worth more than my life, I had never thought

I know how much she loves me, with whom I always fought
I laughed at her, knowing not why she was crying
I let her go, saying to myself, is she worth dying ???

Reader’s Speak…..

Hi,

Prof.
I had the opportunity to read the August issue of magIMNUopus and I
Anil Menghrajani
found it very good in all respects. The sections I found very interesting
(Visiting Faculty)
were the launch of SANKALP and starting with the mess workers, and
the Alumni section which mentioned about a new business venture in
uncharted territory by the Alumni.

This is really good work!!! I would hope that I would continue to receive
the future issues of magIMNUopus especially. I hope you are creating a
small “library” of the past issues for anyone to refer to also.

All the very best and hope you will carry forward this spirit to the corpo-
rate world also.

Prof. Mallikarjun
(Faculty)

The look and feel, design and most importantly the content of the
August edition were great. Keep up the good work.
