– Since we have no Sunday School inAugust, Cedar Session would like to encourage the entirecongregation to participate in various fellowship activities throughoutthe month:a.

Invite a few people to join you for Sunday lunch forextended fellowship and relationship building time together.c.

Church Booth @ Hudsonville Community Fair –
Mark yourcalendars for August 22-27. Cedar Church will be hosting a booth atthe fair again this year and we will need volunteers. We look forwardto the great interaction we get with the community and all the greatliterature we give away. If you would like to sign up, please seePastor Steve.

- Lakeshore Habitat, in collaboration withLove INC, is organizing a Home Unity Build in theHudsonville/Jenison area to provide a home for a deserving andqualified family of five. Habitat has grant resources available thatwill provide up to $14,000 to defray the project costs for landacquisition or infrastructure costs. A home property site or housesuitable for restoration in the Hudsonville or Jenison area isdesired. NSRCis a ministry run by Solomon's Porch Church that works with kidswho live in Grand Rapids to "Inspire greatness in inner-city youthone step at a time.". We use running as a tool to teach kids whoface tremendous obstacles in their life that they have the powerwithin themselves to achieve great things. Runners at any level canbe involved.
