    MAC users if you have trouble downloading this and you are on a Mac, please try this suggestion by another reader: For those of you who have "missing" or blurred out things, you probably are using a MAC & that opens pdfs by default with PREVIEW. Just save the file & then when you go to open it, use your right click and open with Adobe instead of preview.Or when the grey box comes up, just change the OPEN WITH......Preview to Open with Adobe! (
