Release of liability
In participating in todays event, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Gateway Sports Cars and all officers, members, directors, employees, agents affiliates, successors and assignees of the Gateway Sports Cars to the fullest extent allowed by law, from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages and or/losses I may incur or suffer as a result of my participation in any Gateway Sports Cars activity, including, without limiting the foregoing, those occasioned by reason of a defect in any transportation vehicle, or negligence of any person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of Gateway Sports Cars tours, trips and other events. The organizers of Gateway Sports Cars do not organize, sanction or schedule any events which require the improper or illegal use of motor vehicles or the taking of passengers on such events, and expressly disclaim any liability for the results of such actions.
