ABSTRACT

Abstract:

This is a system in which the door is closed or opens automatically. This is basedon movement sensor. When somebody reaches the door, the sensor senses thisand automatically opens the door. The door is closed when no person is in itsproximity. However, if a person wishes to go through the door and due to somereason they stop at the middle of the door, then closing the door in such a situation isdangerous and causes accident. Hence we have considered this and accordingly wehave taken action so as to not to close the door in this case. We have used a microcontroller to accomplish the task. We have assembled and tested the system andfound to be working to our satisfaction.
