    DESCRIPTION OF NONCONFORMITY

    During erection of MDBFP Mechanical Sealing line, it was observed that there is no provision(Hole) to make inlet connection of sealing water for Mechanical Seal.

    In fact there are two holes for seal water outlet line and both are interchangeable. Wrongly we assume one hole for inlet and other for outlet connection. SUGGESTION Make a hole at indicated position by taken mechanical seal to nearby workshop and then assemble into position then do the pipeline accordingly.
