Excellent document. To build up your credibility & reputation on-line, you should capture and measure your Relationship Capital (RC). RC is an open P2P social interaction process that captures & scores your kept-commitments and positive perceptions of others. If you keep a commitment, it is scored and an RC Point (RCP) is deposited into your account for self-development or to share publicly!

Some other credit by examination options: Charter Oak State College will award credits based on GRE scores; Ohio University has credit by exam options as well.
