The Hunter¶s ChroniclesA Talk on ZombiesZombies are a very real and serious threat. Information about zombies is sought out bythose that wish to learn all the scenarios they can, so that when they are confronted with anoutbreak, they will be able to adapt and survive. The one truth about zombies is that there isabsolutely nothing that can be set in stone. Everything shown in TV, movies, and video games,are all a viable truth, and will in fact help to protect someone should they encounter the undead.Zombies come in many shapes, sizes, and styles. There are just as many ways to create a zombieas there are to end them. There are religious zombies, superstitious zombies, viral zombies, andeven biblical zombies. By definition, Jesus Christ himself was a zombie. A zombie plague can be spread through many means, the largest being fear. From my experience zombies are dumb,slow, and easy to kill in small numbers. This is, however, not to say that the possibility of smarter, faster, stronger zombies does not exist. Luckily for the world, the outbreaks that haveoccurred have been small and controllable.Defense against a zombie(s) is simple. Maintain a strong will and the knowledge that itis fairly easy to outthink them. Wear as many thick and durable layers of clothing as you can,leather and chain mail work best. The best way to dispatch a zombie is the classic double tap,for me, that¶s one in the heart, one in the head; I¶ve yet to see one get up from that. Choppingoff, or bashing in the head works just as well if you have to get up close and personal. Burningthem or any means of dismemberment will also work in eliminating a threat.From my experience there are few ways to prevent a corpse from becoming a zombieonce it has come into contact with most now viral causes of zombie outbreaks.
