marks the first time division opponents that are tiedfor the best record met in the 12th game of the seasonor later since 12/9/01

fourth ranked scoring defense
toFoxborough, Massachusetts to face the NFL’s highestscoring offense. Last week the Jets held the Bengals to34 yards on 28 plays in the second half en route to a26-10 victory on Thanksgiving day. For the season, theJets allow 296.9 yards a game, third best in the NFL,and 5.97 yard per pass play, fifth best in the league.
