Read The First Page....The concept and assumption of an era of continuous war as Strategy shows the author believes his Army is unable to accomplish its only mission, which is to end war!! This is absurd! Also,the document is based upon GWOT (Global War On Terrorism) which the Chairman JCS removed from all military fighting manuals as his first order in his new position as the highest ranking military officer in the USA!!
