That the Defendant is currently released on bond. That the Defendant is scheduled for trial on September 12, 2011. That the Defendant is requesting permission to travel to Niagara Falls, Canada and Atlanta Georgia, Florida with her family from August 7, 2011 through August 21, 2011. 4. The United States Department of Probation has been consulted and does not object to the instant motion to allow the defendant to travel. 5. Thus the undersigned hereby request an order for permission for defendants travel to Niagara Falls, Canada and Atlanta, Georgia August 7, 2011 through August 21, 2011. WHEREFORE, the Defendant is requesting permission to travel outside the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County and travel to both Niagara Falls, Canada and Atlanta, Georgia.
