    Hi, Nabha As suggested by you I have checked all the option but still problem has not solved.

    Running the whole program video player shows the video but the sound was disabled and after finishing the recording when we replay the video it does not having any sound. I have checked it in 3 different systems as per your recommendation and all details are attached with this E-mail.
