The book you hold in your hands has become the principle piece o evidence in ananti-terrorism case in France directed against nine individuals who were arrested on November 11 2008, mostly in the village o Tarnac. They have been accused o “criminal association or the purposes o terrorist activity” on the grounds that theywere to have participated in the sabotage o overhead electrical lines on France’snational railways. Although only scanty circumstantial evidence has been presented against the nine, the French Interior Minister has publically associated them withthe emergent threat o an “ultra-let” movement, taking care to single out thisbook, described as a “manual or terrorism,” which they are accused o authoring.What ollows is the text o the book preceded by the irst statement o the InvisibleCommittee since the arrests.
