Di panel kiri kmu pilih - >>>>Local Computer Policy - >>>>User Configuration - >>>>Administrative Templates - >>>>System 3. Trus dipanel kanan, double klik "Prevent access to registry editing tools" 4. Pilih Disable, jgn lupa di klik tmbol OK yach..... 5. Restart kompie kmu.....

Insya ALLOH bisa kembali normal

GPEDIT GA BISA DI BUKA cara buka di start --> run --> ketik Gpedit.msc kalau ngak bisa cari di my computer --> c:\windows\systems32 cari files gpedit.msc kalau ngak ada berarti di hapus sama dari acernya kalau memang tidak ada coba anda copy dari teman anda gpeditnya dan gpedit.dll tapi harus sama windows xpnya kalau punya anda Windows xp professional SP2 harus dari windows xp professional sp2 juga file yang harus di copy.

coba masuk ke controlpanel kemudian pilih Administrative Tools... tapi kalau masih ga bisa, direstore aja systemnya... caranya pilih start->allprograms->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore kemudian pilih yang atas yang restore my computer to an earlier time lalu next kemudian cari hari sebelum komputermu errrorrr kemudian next lalu finish kemudian kompie restart tunggu sebentar lalu sehat deh komputermu....

Sepengetahuan saya gpedit.msc hanya ada di windows xp profesional, windows xp home tidak ada, pasti windows yg anda gunakan home edition. Solusinya install windows xp pro.
