PREFACE
Practical training consist of a section of management studies too . Only theoretical knowledge is not change and one can not only depend on it . I am quite fortunate and glad that I got an opportunity to get my summer training in GLOBUS PVT. LTD. I got through my 16 days of training from this organization in lucknow from 30/05/2011 to 19/06/2011 It helped me a lot to clear my views against several aspects of my studies and workings with this I understand the real life facts. These all help me a lot to clear my management and marketing concepts.

MY EXPERIENCE
15 days training at globus was very enjoyable .i liked being here . Being of my first experience in a professional field ,all the members were very frank & patient full & were very helpful to me throughout the training process. I learned way to carry clothes .deals with customers, tied up clothes, display, making of membership card, updating forms, initializing them, sales check, daily report etc. Knowledge about fabric related to weave , washes, prints, varieties etc. I had a great time working at globus & would like to gtend my gratitude towards globus for giving me such a wonderful experience & environment .
