The NASA STIProgram Office provides access to the NASA STIDatabase, the largest collection of aeronautical andspace science STI in the world. The Program Office isalso NASA’s institutional mechanism fordisseminating the results of its research anddevelopment activities. These results are published byNASA in the NASA STI Report Series, whichincludes the following report types:TECHNICAL PUBLICATION. Reports of completed research or a major significant phase of research that present the results of NASA programsand include extensive data or theoretical analysis.Includes compilations of significant scientific andtechnical data and information deemed to be of continuing reference value. NASA’s counterpart of peer-reviewed formal professional papers but hasless stringent limitations on manuscript length andextent of graphic presentations.TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM.
