--From the review of the book (Ostroumov S.A. Introducation to Biochemical Ecology) the review was
written by an international expert, Prof. Dr. B. Stugren:
Synthetic works written by ecologists, who are also specialists in biochemistry, are useful for the
whole community of ecologists. The book reviewed here is exactly such a work (p.96).
The work of S.A.Ostroumov looks like an encyclopedia of biochemical ecology, with high
concentration of information.It is a real textbook In my opinion, it would be useful to translate it
