Jerry L. Doyle is a veteran activist who has repeatedly pointed out flaws in Columbus Education and government. Government has arrested him and denied him the right to speak and most recently jailed him, at which point he was put "in the hole" for no ascertainable or legal reason immediately after he telephoned local radio shot WTVN 610 Bob Conners to complain about Judge Bruce Pollitt during his incarceration.

He filed a lawsuit and claims that he lost his lower leg because he was denied adequate treatment, in part because he was in "the hole," even though he was desribed by his captors as a "model prisoner."

These are my observations about what I would argue against dismissal of his lawsuit, as someone who has twice successfully represented Mr. Doyle:

Once at a 4 day school board criminal trespass/First Amendment Case, and again when I sued to gain him the right to speak before Columbus City Council after 9 months of unexplained denials.
