Incredibly, John Whitbeck wants you to believe that Gov. McDonnell hired pro-tax liberals to implement his tax-reducing, job-creating plans. Why would John Whitbeck malign the Governor's judgment in this way? There is only one reason - he is trying to distract the voters so they don't realize he lacks any record of effective service and leadership.
