Over the years we have collected a wealth of experience and know-how in processing epoxy and polyester resin and manufacturing laminated glass fiber reinforced components. We are proud to have gathered our expertise through a range of projects involving the manufacture of body panels for gliders and hull forms for ships. We generally deal with the small scale production of custom components. This includes areas from prototype building through construction of model patterns to the production itself. We strictly follow the standards set according to ISO 9001. Our policy for quality is focused on customer satisfaction.

The technology we provide is especially suited to areas that would otherwise not require large investment for machinery or if the component under testing may be subject to frequent changes. Changes in the production of initial small scale quantities carry much lower costs than that of finalised components.

Custom solutions for the construction industry The picture shows a custom rooftop made from polyester-glass fiber composite. The structure is self supporting, meaning that there is no need for a separate frame. Maintenance free, weather proof. Outdoor advertising Advertising panels made from composite materials for outdoor use. Advantages: small weight/size ratio, weather proof. No maintenance required. Containers and vats for the agricultural industry We offer the construction and maintenance of industrial tanks. Out technology allows for the variation of shape and caters for the estimated loading requirements by achievind optimum strength. The materials employed ensure corrosion resistance and large strength to weight ratio. The tanks do not require any maintenance or painting. The picture shows a tank of 3500 liter volume weighing 65 kg empty. Panels for construction industry and antenna covers for cell phone transmitters The glass fiber reinforced covers are permeable to radio waves without significant losses making them especially suitable for use in protecting cell phone antenna systems. The covers are very similar to other parts of the building, such as chimneys hence they do not compromise aesthetics. We provide covers in all colours, and shapes accordings to individual requests. Production pattern for laminated shells We are in possess of a decade long expertise in producing polyester-glass fiber composite and epoxy-glas fiber composite patterns for the manufacture of fiber reinforced shells. The so called 'negative' is suitable for the production of high precision, coloured hand built laminated structures that also possess outstanding surface properties. These closable patterns are also suitable for the production of sandwich structures and the processing of resin foams.

Terrarium equipment Terrarium equipment: animal feeding trays made from plastics with additives. The trays replicate natural stones and are fully waterproof. Their inner surface is smooth and easy to clean. The trays are heavy compared to their size hence the animals cannot topple it over. We provide different colours. Floor tile plant holder Plant holders are made from winter proof floor tiles. Their inner surface is made from a glass fiber reinforces, high strength material which is inpenetrable to water. They are fully weather proof in all seasons, hence they can be kept outdoors all year round. If the plant holder utilises the same material as the surroundings of room of terrace it is placed in the results are particularly pleasing. We can manufacture the plant holders in all shapes and sizes according to customer requirements. Larger models are fitted with wheels for enhanced mobility.

Gypsum castings The picture shows a mould used for metal castings, which can be manufactured from high strength gypsum to meet requirements. We may also construct the pattern from which the mould is produced. The castings can be made from ordinary quality or high strength gypsum or as an alternative from high strength ceramic gypsum. The latter one is known for its enhanced harness and strength. Wall climbing grips Grips are made from high strength resin with additives of various grain sizes. We produce the grips in a range of colours. Currently in stock: white, brick, black. Other colours are possible according to RAL identifier for an extra 20% price. Being resistant to UV radiation and weather proof, these grips are suitable for long term outdoor use. In addition the inner metal frame is made from corrosion resistant materials. Repair and maintenance We offer repair work for glass fiber reinforced components. Heavily damaged components may also be repaired by replacing the parts that have broken off. The repaired components may match or even exceed the strength properties of the

original, which is a function of the quantity of fiber reinforcement. Our experience extends to the weld repair of certain thermoplastics ( HDPE, ABS). We also offer warranty for the repaired components. Contacts: ..
