our primary objective
is to evolve a united strategy and direction amongst the many New Afrikannationalist formations/organizations/movements of local, regional and national significance. Once this has beenachieved
the second objective
will be to strategically demand and tactically secure control of the socioeconomicand political institutions of the urban and rural areas where New Afrikan people comprise the majority,independent of colonial and alien control.As we struggle against continued U.S. colonization,
New Afrikans must have a determined sense of history inregard to the New Afrikan Nation's relationship to the world.
Without this common national consciousnessand perception of our existence, based on history, our practice will continue to be confused and chaotic, withoutthe historical continuity which serves to give practical guidance to our struggle and movement on the road toindependence.
