Assembly of God. 20th May 1979. THB "PRAYER SANCTUARY" BULLBTIN. Wo 33a Dear Prayer Partners, "Tae Father secketh such to worship Hin" (Jn 4.23.) Our Heavenly Father longs for fellowship with His children. That is the whole purpose of Redemption. His love impells Hin to call us to prayer. He lovingly invites us to meet with Him in the Throne Room, Let us then, as grateful children, cone joyously into the presence of our Loving Parent. Communion with God is 80 enriching. May we breathe in His very Spirit. In the neme then, of the Lord Jemus Christ, enter into His Courts this morning, with thanksgiving, praise and worship. THE MORNING waTGR. Prayer is our need orying out for help ~ and the assurance that He will meet that need. It is the voice of PAITH to the Father. Unbelief cannot pray, it can only utter words. We come now with our petitions. FIRST we pray for ourselves. We come with our heart-aches, we come with our burdens ~ "all your anxieties, all your care; Bring to the Mercy Seat - Leave them there. ‘There's not a burden He will not share: There's not a Friend Like Jesus" We pray Zor strength, for guidance, for victory, for health, etc. ‘Then we pray for otaérs - for their salvation, restoration, healing and for whatever their need might be. ‘The wonderful thing about prayer is that it reaches even to the uttermost parte of the earth, We speak here - they are instantly blessed there! When we pray Zor someone, say in Africa or Burope, we send, through the Father, the blessing that person needs today! Wnat a ministry! OUR PRAYER THEME this week is for Church Growth world wide, and the preparation of His people for the Lord's retum. ‘THE WORD OF Gop. Oh, that we realised, even in some omall measure, the trenendous power there is in God's Yord! "Through fait we Understand the world's were franed by the Vora of Goa" (Heb 11.3). "By the vord of the Lord were the Heavens made; and all the host of then by the vreath of His outh.....For He spake and it was done. He commanded and it stood fact" (Pa 33.6,9). Under the Spirit's anointing it is ZOWSR ON THB LIPS OF FAITH - it is invincible! USB THIS WORD OP GOD AS YOU PRAY! Lay the open Bible before you. Waen we quote it we quote God! It is like holding up a mirror to God Himsel®, He promised - and you are presenting that promise and asking for ite fulfillment. Ve are speaking Hie Wort back to Him! As we pray, using the Word, it becomes ACTIVELY the Sword of the Spirit, and we wage war against the denoniecal forces that rule nen. His Yord, through our lips, dominates spiritual world forces! Jesus said, "In My name ye shall cast out demons!" God, tarough Eis praying people can sway tae nations! A praying Church can become God's Will tovard a Satan-ruled world!
