Re: Business Inquiry

Dear Mr. Johnson:

Allow me to re-introduce myself, my name is Don West, and I am a sports attorney, but when
we first met, you were performing the video shoot for the movie theater at the Rose Bowl. Our
conversation that day has greatly defined my choices as I have maneuvered my career. Your
initial seeds about working for Leigh and the ability to handle my own shop was inspiring.

I have been handling my business, refining my skills and knowledge since 2002, when I struck
out on my own and established my current project, Revolution Sports Management. In short,
we are seeking to build and develop the next generation sports representation company. In
doing so, we are seeking to populate our Board of Directors with a select group of industry
leaders. My brief history with you throughout the years, and also following your development
and career as an exemplary professional led me to inquire about your potential affiliation with
RSM as a member of our Board. I would like to make money with you going forward. This letter
serves to measure your interest in this potential offer prior to me making an official nomination
to our current Board members.

There will be a full compensation package for our Board members. The compensation package
is in the final stages of shareholders’ approval at the time of this letter.

I invite you to review the following websites associated with our company and me personally.

Regardless of your ultimate decision, I wanted you to know that you have been a great role
model, from both up close and afar.

My best to you and your family! If there is ever any way I or my Company can be of assistance
to you or your family, please do not hesitate to call on me.

I am enclosing some of my personal information and the Table of Contents for our Company’s
business plan, so you can become more familiar with my career development and our
Company’s general objectives. If you have any questions, or are interested in exploring this
opportunity further, please contact me at don@revolutionagent.com.

Sincerely yours in the struggle,

Attorney Donald L. West, Jr. has developed a unique law practices that focuses on merging the worlds of
sports, business, politics and entertainment. His clients benefit from having access to business partners and
counselors from other quadrants of society. Don is the former Chief-of-Staff to Florida State Senator Daryl
Jones, and currently serves as Of Counsel to the Pittman Law Group. In addition to his work with the Pittman
Law Group, Don is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Football Operations for
Revolutions Sports Management, one the nation's premiere sports representation firms with three offices in
Florida - Miami, Tallahassee, Tampa;(Corporate Headquarters), and Atlanta, Georgia. After, a recent starring
appearance on the hit reality TV show “Super Agent” which aired on cable’s Spike TV network in July of
2005, Don saw the opportunity to further develop a pace-setting national sports representation and
management firm with that focuses on representation practices in football, basketball, baseball and soccer.

His all-star list of past and present clients includes such superstars as:

Leonard Davis, the 2001 NFL #2 overall draft selection, an Offensive Lineman
with the Arizona Cardinals.

Andre Johnson, the 2003 NFL 2003 #3 overall selection pick and 2005 NFL Pro
Bowler the Houston Texan’s, Wide Receiver, of the Houston Texans who is
recognized as one of the NFL’s most talented and promising young receivers

Prior to founding Revolution Sports Don served as Director of Football Operations to Leigh Steinberg in the
Newport Beach, CA sports division of Assante Sports Management, one of the nation’s “Big 4” sports
management conglomerates.

Don is one of country’s great young legal minds utilizing his expert negotiating skills and diverse experience
in the political and corporate legal realms. Very few individuals who represent athletes ever have the fortune
to negotiate a top draft pick in the course of their careers, but Don has negotiated two top three overall draft
picks over the past four years, all before the age of 30 years old. In 2001, while an attorney working with
legendary sports agent Leigh Steinberg Don played a key strategic role in the contract negotiation and career
plan for that year’s #2 overall NFL Draft selection – Leonard Davis. In 2003, as a part of the newly founded
Revolution Sports Management team Don negotiated the contract for the Houston Texan’s 2003 #3 overall
NFL Draft pick, WR – Andre Johnson. These two clients alone netted over $25.635 million dollars of
guaranteed signing bonus money as a result of their representation by Attorney West.

Don holds the gifts and blessings he has received throughout his life near and dear to his heart and works
diligently never to forget his roots and the lessons and individuals he has encountered along life’s path. He
often and fondly recalls the conversations with his grandmother as a young child when he promised to always

remain an honest and ethical attorney. He tries to help pass along his life experiences and hard earned lessons
to the next generation of sports and industry professionals as an Adjunct Professor of Law and teacher of
Athletics and the Law at the University of Miami, School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.

West holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida State University where he also
minored in African-American Studies. He continued his education and received his Juris Doctor degree from
the University of Miami School of Law.

While attending Florida State University on a Naval R.O.T.C. scholarship, Don walked-on to the Florida State
track team and competed as a 110M high-hurdler and sprinter, eventually earning not only the respect of his
teammates and coaches, but a track scholarship as well. Don competed on Florida State's 1994 Atlantic Coast
Conference Indoor Championship Team and often ran on the school’s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.

While at the University of Miami as a first year law student Don was elected to serve as a student Senator
within the Student Bar Association ("SBA"), the law school's version of student government. Don was
subsequently elected SBA Treasurer as a second year law student, and during his third year was elected SBA
President. As a result of his leadership the law school honored Don by naming him President Emeritus of the
Student Bar Association, the first time the title had been conferred in the school's 72-year history.

In recognition of the contributions Don made to the University of Miami, he was selected for membership in
the Iron Arrow Honor Society, the highest honor attainable at the University of Miami. He was elected as the
Society's Son-of-Chief (the Son-of-Chief serves as the Society's Vice President and Treasurer.) Upon
completion of Don's third year of law school, he received the Roger Sorino Award, which is given to the Law
School's most outstanding graduating student.

Don was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and is the oldest of five children. He graduated from Huntsville
High School in Huntsville, Alabama in 1992. Following high school graduation he enlisted in the United
States Navy where he was awarded a Naval Letter of Commendation, a Naval Letter of Achievement, and
was meritoriously promoted for outstanding service. Don was selected to attend the Navy's Broadened
Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training School, and after successfully completing the year-long
school; he accepted a Naval ROTC scholarship to attend Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

As a student at Huntsville High Don was an All-State, All-Section and All-City Varsity Track & Field athlete
winning 5 events his senior season at the Huntsville City Track & Field Championships – the 110m High
Hurdles, the 300m Intermediate Hurdles, the High Jump, the 4x100m Relay and the 4x400m Relay. West’s
1992 All-City performance earned him the Jimmy Bailey High-Point Award given to the highest scorer during
the 3-day track meet. Don served as a delegate to the 1992 Alabama Boys State and won awards for his
outstanding leadership. While at Huntsville High Don also played cornerback and wide-receiver for the
school’s football team and participated in the school’s Jr. ROTC program where he was awarded the Son’s of
the American Revolution Good Citizenship Medal.

As Of Council to the Pittman Law Group, Attorney West is responsible for client development and oversees
the firm’s real property & corporate activities and the contract writing and enforcement division. Donald L.
