STAR Folder Parent/Student Agreement
The STAR folder is a great way to keep us bothorganized and encourage communication between homeand school. It will also encourage your child to learn anddemonstrate personal responsibility. If any items in theSTAR are lost and/or damaged during the school year, it isthe responsibility of the family to replace those items. If a student moves before the end of the school year, it isthat student’s responsibility to leave the STAR at school. While we will be discussing the components of thisfolder in class, please go over them with your child too. This will reinforce the importance of staying organized toprevent any problems in the future.
Please sign and return the bottom of this formand return it to school.
