After the bonuses have been distributed in the finance houses the lucky winners set off for their year end vacation, amongst them are others not so fortunate or leaving for more pressing reasons. Tom Barton a mortgage broker has decided to call it a day, he's seen the writing on the wall and has decided to get out while the going is good. Stephen Parkly the CEO of West Mercian Finance, a major mortgage finance company, heads for a luxury holiday with his young wife Emma - they have chosen India for their year end break.
