Howdy everyone! Summertime is of\ue000cially here
& we\u2019re all ready for some fun in the sun! With so
many rides & events all over the region, you\u2019re sure to
\ue000nd something exciting to do almost every weekend
throughout the summer. In the 3 years that I\u2019ve had
the magazine, I\u2019ve never seen our calendar so packed.
Even if you do make it out every weekend, remember
that there\u2019s no such thing as TOO much fun\u2026.
Some of the highlighted events for this month are
the 6th Annual Richmond Tattoo Arts festival on the 6th
through the 8th; Outlander\u2019s Boogie Woogie Bugle Party
in Luray, VA on the 7th, which is de\ue000nitely going to be
one of the biggest events of the year with an expected
10,000 bikes to be in attendance (they throw the most
incredible parties!); on the 8th is the Rebuild Ride &
Driver Appreciation BBQ in Driver, VA, thanking all the
bikers for their help in raising funds to recover/rebuild
their communities after being hit hard from the tornado
a couple of months ago; on the 13th & 14th out in
Chase City, VA is the 13th Annual South Central Bike
Fair; June 14th get ready for the 4th Annual Rallyin the
Valley at Shenandoah HD in Staunton, VA; also on the
14th is Thunder Road HD\u2019s 2nd Anniversary Party out in
Danville; on the 28th & 29th is the AHDRA\u2019s Northeast
Nationals in Rising Sun, MD; Fastlane Biker Gear is
having their Anniversary Party, Bike Show & Vets House
Bene\ue000t on the 29th in Virginia Beach. The Thunder
Roads crew will be at the Virginia Motorsports Park in
Petersburg again this year on June 29th for their annual
Bike Fest where we\u2019ll be sponsoring the Thunder Roads
Cruise Lane. Come out & enjoy all the exciting events
that are scheduled at the park that day - hope to see you
all there!
Our nations birthday is coming up next month \u2013 show your communities that you\u2019re proud to be an American & get your \ue001ags ready to \ue001y those ole red white & blues on your homes, cars & especially your bikes!
