Description

This is a Citizen Amicus Brief on behalf of investigative reporter Christopher King.

Gregory W. Floyd the man whom I believe murdered Liko Kenney, may have an outstanding prison sentence imposed in October, 2008.

Also, the U.S. Attorney's Office, which was supposed to issue a determination on whether it would seek 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) indictment of Floyd 10 years ago, has apparently not done anything.

We have no idea how Floyd got his weapons returned because the last Court Entry said the Court was waiting to hear from the feds on whether to return firearms seized from the Floyd compound.

Interesting.

Update 26 Dec. 2008: That bastard is going to stand trial. http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/... http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/... 27 December 2008 KingCast makes an impassioned plea to prosecutor James Vara to go after dirtbag Gregory W. Floyd. And so it came to pass, as noted in yesterday's Merry Christmas from Franconia post. The KingCast amicus brief (422 views) thanking NH AG Kelly Ayotte for her fine work in the case of State v. Gibbs, 953 A.2d 439(2008), allowing imposition of outstanding sentancing, right here right now, bubba, is all part of the picture, yah.
