e-government is the use of information and communications technology(ICT)promote more efficient and cost effective government, facilitate more convenient governmentservices, allow greater public access to information, and make government more accountableto citizens.Therefore a common definition for e-government is a form of organization that integrates theinteractions and the interrelations between government and citizens, companies, customers,and public instuitions through the application of moderninformation and communicationtechnologies.The three main target groups that can be distinguished in e-governance concepts aregovernment, citizens and businesses. The most common interactions in e-governance are G2G,G2B, G2C, G2E.
