The total number of active inventory this July was 352 compared to 453 in July2010. This month's total of 352 is lower than the previousmonth's total supply of available inventory of 358, a decreaseof 2%.Last July, the median sale price for Ellicott City Homes was$467,450. This July, the median sale price was $452,000, adecrease of 3% or $15,450 compared to last year. The currentmedian sold price is 6% higher than in June.
