Petaling  Jaya has become the second cityin the world to reward owners whose home have energy- and water-saving innovations and who recycle.Former Malaysian Institute o Architects (MIA) president Dran Loke Mun said only Freiburg,Germany has previously oeredrebates on assessment rates tohome owners.“I’m amazed.
