Comes now the Plaintiff, La Mar Gunn (hereinafter "Guim") Pursuant

to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Justice of the Peace

Court Rule 5. Plaintiff hereby demands that the Defendant, within fifteen (15)

days after service hereof, admit or specifically deny for the purposes of the

above-captioned Proceeding and subject to all pertinent objections as to
