Correlation between variables Q4 &Q5

Interpretation: Since r=.763 is greater than .5, there is a strong positive correlation between overall satisfaction and overall quality.

Correlation between variables Q4 & Q6

Interpretation: Since r=(-.013) is is between (-0.09 and 0) there is no relationship between the variables overall satisfaction and total cost of ownership.

Correlation between variables Q4 & Q7

Interpretation: Since r= 0.670 is greater than 0.5, there is a strong positive correlation between overall satisfaction and value offered.

Correlation between variables Q18 & Q19

Interpretation: Since r=0.536 is greater than 0.5, there exists a strong positive relationship between the two variables.

Correlation between variables Q18 & Q20

Interpretation: Since r=0.493 is less than 0.5, there is medium positive relation between the variables. Correlation between variables Q18 & Q21

Interpretation: Since r=0.486 is less than 0.5, there exists a medium positive relationship between the variables.
