The words struck mitthu the bird hard and the very next moment kilvish was attacked with the finest potty which mitthu chidiya could ever deliver. Kilvish bhadka aur agli subah hi campus admin ka darwaja khat-khata apni dukhad bhari kahani sunai aur un chidiyon ke khilaf sakht se sakht karwayi karne ki mang rakhi. But he was told that according to the MOU(memorandum of understanding) signed between BIT and ISM in 1926, the students of BIT and their habitats could not be harmed by anymeans, aur uske dukh ko samajhte hue use ism ke letterhead par ek condoloscence letter thama diya.

Par kilvish ka para abhi utra nai tha aur usi raat hi wo badle ki bhawna se ISM main road ka tree kaat diya. Agli subah jaan aur maal ka nuksan dekhkar chidyon mai hadkamp mach gaya,

The director called upon an urgent meeting with DSW, and the Registrar where under political pressure created by dean of birds welfare, DSW said kilvish has done wrong and he shall be punished. I assure that BIT will receive justice. Director sir ne apne haathon se mitthu chidiya ko dana khilakar uska BREAKFAST karaya. on 21st of august 2011, kilvish was declared guilty by the bench of jury of ISM and BIT, he being accused of harming the peace and harmony existing since 1926. Kilvish was punished with a yearback and a fine of rs. 5000/-
