I honestly do not understand people not allowing documents to be downloaded. I have to say it is good to share it but it will be better if you would allow people to download it. Imagine if Chefs from the Romam Empire period onward had decided not to pass on their recipes. As a hotel professional for more than 40 years, I would recommend you to change your permission to allow the download. It is only fair on our students. I hope you will do it.
