In WAILING WINDS, legends warn of the shadows domain, yet settlers pay them no heed. They rape the woods of their native trees, litter the inland lakeshore with their homes of log and thatch. Now, a plague sweeps through the town, stealing young and old alike. Miserable wails feed the evil lurking in the shadows behind the deep rooted trees, but second-hand strife is not enough. The ancient spirit demands a new sacrifice.

In the black heart of the forest lies a forgotten house. Decayed and deserted, it is home to only dark heritage. The rooms have long been empty, its owners lost, but not yet gone.

Something exists in the shadows. A hunger grows, an aching need calling out for sustenance, calling out for blood.
