Present to Past Presently working from April 2010 till date, for Ray Labs Technologies as Admin Supervisor. My key areas as a generalist HR and Administrative functions for developing end to end Administrative solutions i.e. Employee Self Service , Employees security, Statutory Laisoning works, Employee relations with special emphasis on employee engagement & development initiatives, Time management, Vendor management ,Infrastructure facility, Logistics support , Housekeeping ,cafeteria , Complete Security of the premises etc.

Administration Activities and Responsilibities Maintaining the Attendance systems of employees Exit formalities of employees like Handover of responsibilities, issue of clearance certificate, accounts settlement, issue of service and experience certificate etc. Coordinate with team members working on different areas of administration. Coordinate in effective communication between employees. Keep track of vendors management and their payments clearences. Laisoning with different Govt bodies and statutory bodies like PF, ESI, PT, MCH, Local authorities. Etc either directly or by Referrals Complete check of the security system (CCTV. Etc). Purchase the best material quality with best negotiation skills. Coordinate with security staff in maintaining the facility fully secured. Make surprise check on security procedure and use of latest gadgets. Coordinate with Security agencies in case of crisis management. Handling the overall administrative activities. Maintenance of Office Infrastructure and Development. Coordinate with Logistical dept for the employees transport and security. Complete maintenance of facility and office Equipments Travel and Hotel arrangements are taken care off. Make sure all employees use there ID cards for attendance. Staff welfare and staff Development activities are done. Coordinate with facility department and other contract vendors for supply of quality materials. Customer Relations Activities. Proper arrangements are made for conferences and meetings Maintain the internal phones connections ,Fax, EPBAX, Maintain good relationship with vendors and business associates. Maintain Hygienic canteen facility, and supplier relationships. Monitor the Housekeeping activities for the complete office. Coordinate with suppliers for quality hygiene food and snacks. Make sure all security systems and gadgets work perfectly. Maintain investigations reports for review on monthly basis.

Discuss on weekly basis with departmental heads for solutions and update them on the issues. Issue of parking passes and allotments for new join employees Monitor issues from arises daily from time to time .
