Ticket Donation: $60.00 Each ticket includes buet dinner, 2 Drinks, dancing, silent auction Sponsor a Volunteer: $60.00 AFP will provide a ticket to one of our hard working Volunteers in your name Table Sponsor: $480.00 One table, eight tickets: Sponsor may use eight tickets in all, or in part. AFP will provide unused tickets to our hard working Volunteers in your name. Gold Sponsor: $575.00 Two table placards, program recognition, and premium banner placement, all featuring your name/logo, as desired. Silver Sponsor: $350.00 Table placard, program recognition, and banner placement, all featuring your name/logo, as desired. Bronze Sponsor: $200.00 Table placard, and program recognition featuring your name/logo, as desired.

Individual "wish I could be there" donation: $40.00

Silent Auction Donation: Minimum value $25.00 (gift certicates, wine baskets, golf outings, free or discounted service of some kind, Objects dart, etc.)
