No Dalits are not hindus, they do not belong to any of the hindu system nor do they believe in this religion, though huge number of dalits were pushed or pulled into this by perpetrators, it has been happening for centuries, so those dalits who believe in hinduism or gods are probably most ignorant god worshipers of all, they will even die in the name of god?, such is the belief system actually brought into them to sabotage.
