SAP subsidiary TomorrowNow, Inc. stipulation that it will plead guilty to "all twelve counts of the [Criminal] Information" where it was charged by the U.S. Department of Justice with criminal copyright infringement for stealing copies of Oracle enterprise software, and doing so by gaining unauthorized, illegal access to Oracle's computer servers.

theproposed plea agreement with the Court separately.The United States and TomorrowNow will agree that the appropriate sentence is that setforth
