Web Deign Agreement

creation and design of their website. Client has examined the rough draft of the
website provided to them by Parent Street Publishing is happy with its construction.

Site Amendments and Revisions

Parent Street Publishing will update Client’s site ___Weekly or Bi-Weekly____ on

to Parent Street Publishing 24 hours prior to scheduled update.

Parent Street Publishing and its consultants, partners, agents and employees shall not be liable for any
and all claims, losses, expenses, injuries, or damages arising out of or any way related to this Project
or this Agreement by reason or any act or omission, including breach of contract or negligence not
amounting to a willful or intentional wrong.

You have three days from the date of this contract to cancel and get a 75% refund. Please contact
Parent Street Publishing in writing and you we will remove your website and issue your money back.

HTML code, design and graphics used in your website are the property of Parent Street Publishing. If
you wish to move the website created by Parent Street Publishing to another web design company,
you may buy the original files at a price to be determined by Parent Street Publishing at the time of
sale.
