Strawberry Watermelon Agua FrescaRecipe
(Makes 4 cups)
Ingredients
1 pound diced seedless or seededwatermelon (without rind), about 3-4 cups
8 ounces strawberries, stems removed(about a pint)
1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup cold water
Method
Blend in blender until smooth. If youwant, you can strain the purée through amesh sieve, to strain out any pulpy piecesthat didn't get broken up in the blender.Adjust the ingredients to taste.

2.Serve well chilled, over ice

1 cup vanilla soy shake beverage
2 to 4 tablespoons Smucker's® Apricot Low Sugar
Preserves, or any Smucker’s® Sugar Free or Low Sugar™
Fruit Spread of your choiceDirections:PROCESS soy shake beverage and fruit spread in blendercontainer until frothy and well combined.Yield: 1 Serving

(Yield: 2 servings)Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped banana
1 (6 oz.) container sugar free vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)
1/2 cup Smucker’s® Squeeze™ Strawberry Reduced
Sugar Fruit Spread
Sugar free frozen whipped topping (optional), thawedDirections:COMBINE milk, banana, yogurt, wheat germ, if desired, and fruit spread in blender container. Coverand process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses;dollop with whipped topping, if desired.
