LOL. It's not copyrightable whether "in the official record" or not. No copyright subsists in parts of the actual proceedings of a court. Thus, the judge cannot own a copyright in any judgment or order, nor can an attorney or a litigant or other participant copyright the words he or she speaks during the course the proceedings. What a complete waste of public funds this case is. It was humorous in parts though. I especially like the part where Judge Shack (a life scout) schooled Strunk (says he is is an eagle scout) on the fact that there are 12 and not 10 points in the Boy Scout Law.

Can you find it in the "records of the public court" YET? You Jesuit trained co-adjutors are a real HOOT! Having spoken wiyth several of the Defendants Attorneys who are "upset" with the WORD-SALAD assembled by the transcribed phonetic funnel of the court reporter who admits there requires a challenge review period until it is "officialy" in the court record.
