Why does it matter if Gross and Klemp were of direct German descent? Does that make them more susceptible to becoming deceived or evil?

Lucifer and Satan are often referred to as one and the same being. I'm not sure this is the case. It's easy to make them one, but I don't that we should easily assume that.

Edgar Cayce was a wonderful man whom some negative people hated because of his giftings. He gave himself to Jesus, the Bible and prayer as a boy, and soon after a kind angel came to him while outside one day and asked him what he wished. He wished only to help others, and thus received the giftings to help others. I'd take Edgar Cayce anyday over collection plate Christianity.

I appreciate Ruth and Noah adding their views and experience regarding Eckankar, but I get weary of fear being put into people regarding Satan (Saturn) and Lucifer (Phosphorus) and demons. All the criticism of Eckankar should be balanced with a more objective look at the history of Christianity which is just as demonic in making Jesus (Yeshua) God and/or equal with God and for all the people they've tortured and murdered down through the ages. It seems like when people get afraid they go running and crying to Jesus. King Solomon said in one of his proverbs to "Be still and know God." I think all of us would do well to be still and motionless and better know God. The HU song is a wonderful way to love God without excessive prayer words. I don't agree with everything in Eckankar, but of this I am sure, every religious faith on Earth is flawed as is everything here except God's love. I've had my share of positive and negative spiritual experiences inside and outside of Eckankar. During this life people can bury their heads in their Bible, or worries, or busy-ness, but sooner or later we all face the true us and the other side, whether in this life or when we leave our bodies at "death." Many people are terrified of the unknown. Humans tend to kill and maim what they fear. But, we cannot hide in these bodies and on earth forever. And, that is a wonderful thing.

This "evidence" is so false or misleading it's almost funny. It never ceases to amaze me the things people dream up and concoct. Whether it's motivated by fear or purposeful misrepresentation is hard to say. They claim they are not Christian yet use those teachings and terms starting with "Luciferian Freemasonry" throughout this 25 page effort to discredit Eckankar. I've studied Eckankar for decades, know many of the leaders personally, and I can assure you that it has nothing to do with Freemasonary. For instance, ask any advanced Freemason. Secondly there is *no* worship of anyone or any god in Eckankar, no less it even mentioning Egyptian gods as part of the teachings. Occult? Illuminati? Ha! :-) Almost always nonsensical conspiracy theories that are so popular all over these 'daze'. [At least they refrained from invoking the Racist or Hitler fear cards] Their "therefore" is therefore a logical fallacy. And that is just considering the first paragraph! Second paragraph: While HU was, I challenge anyone to find any evidence that Sugmad, Mahanta, Eck and Eckankar are even indirectly names of Egyptian gods. Eckankar does not teach that HU is some kind of Being. Witchcraft? Magic? These people don't seem to have a clue about the teachings of Eckankar. While that is understandable, they could hardly be more off base. They say that very few Eckists are aware of all this? I say not one Eckists is aware of this because it just isn't near accurate. It's not difficult to bring together a bunch of unrelated data, make unsupported assumptions that it is relevant, claim that x=y, and state unequivocally that it proves something. That such behavior defies logic and critical thinking is often lost by the emotional appeal evoked in theories popular with the less educated, intelligent, or maybe more importantly, spiritually aware. For a good example of how exposes' can be so misguided I recommend a book called "The Whole Truth" by Doug Marman which debunks where most of these sorely outdated accusation are derived from. Google any of what I've said. Do the research yourself. Trust your heart. The sad thing is that much of the same accusations, and worse, can be claimed about the teachings, symbols and practices of Christianity. Claims are meaningless. Eckankar is different in that it is not fear based. The heavenly worlds are available to everyone and you can prove it to yourself before you die. As to the questions at the end, they are leading questions based on false assumptions and thus, logical fallacies. Eckankar is an experiential path and is not founded on faith or beliefs dictated by others. Eckist are charged to prove things for themselves. That said I don't have a problem with Christianity. Reliance on faith and beliefs is exactly the right thing for most peoples' spiritual growth. Personally I support the freedom of most all religious practices. Here's what the current spiritual leader of Eckankar has said: "People don't realize that God has provided all these different religions for a specific purpose: to fit all the different levels of consciousness that exist on earth. Somebody who is a good Lutheran may have an entirely different set of ethics from someone who practices Islam. "People who are in the top 5 percent of any religious group - if you are going to grade them spiritually or closeness to God - have very much in common. They are generally people who are filled with love.
