Finding 1 says she abused power and violated the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act. Period. Find 2 says she didn't break the law when firing Walt Monegan. The one does not contradict the other, and, yes, she abused power and acted unethically. Whether or not there is any penalty for acting unethically in the Alaskan Executive Branch is another thing entirely. And Finding 4 shows that the Alaskan AG did not cooperate with the investigation.

Actually, if you look at it, she was found guilty of abuse of power and position, but there was no financial wrong doing. That ain't nothing wrong, since she appears to have been pursuing a personal vendetta. Seems selective blindeness there. I'd take a look at press from the Free world...

Turns out Palin did nothing wrong and Branchflower tried to use abuse of ethics accusation improperly, likely for partisan political purposes.
