The likelihood of civil unrest in the United States is growing, according to both well-recognized political figures and independent analysts. It is also clear that the state and US governments are fully prepared for such events. The People must be prepared as well, and the minimal readiness should include a quick deployment informal body of both national and international observers.

Los Angeles, September 15 - The likelihood of civil unrest in the United States is growing, according to both well-recognized political figures and independent analysts.
