For a healthy, delicious, easy fall meal try this Mussels alla Diavola fromGourmet. You can substitute shrimp, prawns, or sausage for the mussels.This calls for dried basil 
but in California large bunches of fresh basil are plentiful so I add an entire bunch
it cooks down and is healthier. Therecipe makes 6 main-course servings.
Ingredients
12 garlic cloves, minced (I love garlic, but you may want to use less)1 1/2 teaspoons dried hot red pepper flakes1/2 cup olive oil 1 (28-oz) can whole tomatoes in purée 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumble1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled 1/4 cup drained bottled capers (1 1/4 oz)1/2 cup Kalamata pitted and chopped 1/3 cup dry red wine1 lb linguine
