OneofthegreatestexperiencesasaJayceeistorecruitanewmemberandwatchhimgrowasaresultofhisJayceeexperience.YousurelyknowsomeonewhocouldbenefitfromJayceesand,atthesametime,offeryourchapterthebenefitofhisinvolvement.Maybehe'snotmuchofaMjoiner"andnotactiveinhiscommunity.RecruithimandhecanparticipateinJayceesalongwithyou.Afterashorttime,youwillnoticesomechangesinhim.AsheparticipatesinSpeak-Up,developsself-ronfidence,workshardonachapterprojectandfeelslikehecontributedtohiscommunity,takespartinasocialactivityandesta~lishessomenewfriendships-youwillrealizehowprouditcanmakeyou.Allthiscantakeplacebecause:youofferedhimtheopportunitytobecomeaJaycee.ThinkoftheyoungmenyouknowwhowouldbenefitfrombeingaJaycee.Possiblyyourneighborsandotherfriends.Whataboutyourbanker,doctor,pharmacistormechanic?PerhapsyourbossorfellowemployeeswouldjoinyouintheJaycees.Itdoesn'ttakelongtodevelopquitealistofpotentialJaycees.Now,allittakesisforyoutoofferthemtheopportunitytogetinvolvedintheJaycees.Askoneortwotoattendthenextmeetingwithyou.Youdon'thavetoknowalotaboutJaycees,youcanlearntogether.IfyouareenjoyingyourJayceeexperience,sowillthey.Askthemtojoinyouatthenextsocialorprojectyourchapterisconducting.TakeprideintheJayceesyourecruit.Theywouldn'thavetheopportunityhaditnotbeenforyou.Youwouldn'tbeaJayceehaditnotbeenforthepersonthatgotyouinvolved.Oneofthegreat"paychecks"wereceivefromourJayCeeexperienceisself-satisfactionandpride.Nothingcouldbemoresatisfyingthanha\ingamanyourecruitedparticipateinC.P.R.trainingandlaterusethattrainingtosavesomeone'slife.Imaginetheprideyouwouldfeelifsomeoneyourecruitedbecamethechairmanofaprojectthatbuiltaswimmingpoolforhandicappedchildren.Youcouldalsorecruitafuturechapterpresidentorstatepresident.MaybeaMayororSenator.EveryyoungmandeservestheopportunitytobeaJayc:ee.Itisuptoyoutoofferhimtheopportunity.So,together-we
