The plaintiff, Jeffrey Spanierman (“the Plaintiff”) bringsthis action against the defendants, Abigail L. Hughes (“Hughes”),Anne Druzolowski (“Druzolowski”), and Lisa Hylwa (“Hylwa”)(collectively, “the Defendants”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983,alleging violations of his rights under the First and FourteenthAmendments to the United States Constitution. Now pending beforethe court is the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (dkt.# 31) pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure(“Fed. R. Civ. P.”).
