Although identified only as Frank in Mr Obama’s memoir Dreams from My Father, it has now been established that he was Frank Marshall Davis, a radical activist and journalist who had been suspected of being a member of the Communist Party in the 1950s.

I appreciate changes made out of respect for my motivation, but I believe that changes should be made out of respect for the evidence itself. Conclusions should be based on evidence alone.

I do not believe that I "can bring the Internet and any single publication about Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama's relationship to a halt." On the contrary. I encourage honest discussions based on empirical evidence.

It is my mission, however, to neutralize specious speculation, misrepresented as fact, regarding this relationship. Such speculation includes these three items ("brothel bar," Anne's photographer, "Stalinist mole"), and numerous other unsubstantiated claims epitomized by Accuracy In Media's (AIM)disinformation campaign that exaggerates Davis's influence on Obama.

The campaign consists of a series of small lies fabricated to support the big lie that "His values, passed on to Obama, were those of a communist agent who pledged allegiance to Stalin" (see http://www.aim.org/aim-column/media-excuse-obam....

Their "specific misrepresentation" is documented at http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/post/K.... I invite any person of integrity to refute my evidence against any of these AIM lies. If AIM had authentic evidence of Davis's radical influence, they would not need to fabricate such evidence.

Edgar Tidwell, whom AIM's Cliff Kincaid cites as "an expert on the life and writings of Davis," demolishes right-wing misrepresentation of Davis's radical influence in one simple paragraph:

"Although my research indicates that Davis joined the CPUSA as a "closet member" during World War II, there is no evidence that he was a Stalinist, or even a Party member before WWII. Further, to those attempting to make the specious stand for the concrete, there is no evidence that he instructed Barack Obama in communist ideology. Frank Marshall Davis did NOT believe in overthrowing the USA. He was committed to what the nation professed to be. For him, communism was primarily an intellectual vehicle to achieve a political end-a possible tool for gaining the constitutional freedoms of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for ALL Americans." To Everyone: KALEOKUALOHA has embarked on a crusade to defend the Honor of Frank Marshall Davis.

Certain Changes have been made to the document title, and keywords, such as the removal of the keywords: sex and pedophile.
I did these changes out of respect for part of Kaleokualoha's motivations.

He doesn't seem to be satisfied. He believes, that he can bring the Internet and any single publication about Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama's relationship to a halt.

We will have to see, how this political correctness Doctrine turns out, after Obama is POTUS in Office.

In the meanwhile I recommend, that you download your copy, while you still can.

Let me also remind you, that you can not held any normal discussion with these Indoctrinated Individuals.

CARDHOUSEFAILURE said she clearly understands "how radicals argue (when they essentially lack of any arguments)." It seems, however, that she has been projecting her own inadequacies onto others.

Not only does Cardhousefailure fabricate evidence when she runs out of arguments, but she also runs and hides when her deception is uncovered.

CARDHOUSE FAILURE wrote "The problem with the radical and marxist background in which Obama grew up is, that there is no morality in it, which partly explains Obamas Narcism."

It appears that a lack of "morality" is common across the political spectrum. Her fraudulent debate technique and evasion when exposed reveals her own "Narcism" [sic].

Upon reviewing Obama's book, I can only conclude that this statement is a figment of your imagination: ". . . one of the first things Frank did with the young child Barack, was to bring him to Brothel Bar."

Do you believe you read it in his book, or did someone else tell you it was in his book? I would like to locate the source of your delusion.

If someone has been feeding you disinformation, then you have a reason to quarrel with that person. If you believe you read it yourself, however, then such hallucination may indicate a schizoid condition that may be helped with medication.

Ran out of arguments? Au contraire!

What proof do you have of these unsubstantiated allegations:

1. ". . . one of the first things Frank did with the young child Barack, was to bring him to Brothel Bar"? It's not in his book.

2. "Frank engaged in a Photo Session with O's Mother taking nude pictures and what not"? The photos are widely available on the Internet, such as http://www.mofopolitics.com/2008/10/22/barack-o..., but there is no proof that Davis was involved. What proof do you have that DAVIS was involved? The photographs do not identify the photographer. You can DESCRIBE the proof if your imaginary "code of conduct" stops you from presenting the proof.

3. "Frank was also a Stalinist mole appearing out of nowhere attempting to take over the Communist Party in Hawaii." Even the professional prevaricators at "Accuracy In Media" didn't use this lie, although their misrepresentation of the Congressional testimony of Edward Berman claimed that he tried to take over the NAACP.

Just the facts, Ma'am!

Perhaps the reason you hear the "medication argument" MORE than most people is very simple. Perhaps your behavior indicates a need for medication. Perhaps people believe you do not use good judgment because you do not listen.

Some time later, Frank engaged in a Photo Session with O's Mother taking nude pictures and what not.

The pictures have been found and identified.
( Of course we can not possibly publish this material anywhere, but it does exist )

Frank Marshall Davis was not a pedophile. He merely wrote a pornographic novel in which the protagonist and his wife had sex with a 13-year old girl.

There are at least four distinct disclaimers that indemnify Frank Marshall Davis from literal attribution of this novel:

a. According to dictionary.com, "identity" means "condition or character as to who a person or what a thing is: a case of mistaken identity." Changing name AND identities means changing names AND other "condition or character as to who a person or what a thing is," which may include biographical data such as age.

b. "Taken from actual experiences" does not mean they are accurate representations of actual experiences. It only means they are based on actual experiences.

c. Edgar Tidwell, the expert on the life and writing of Frank Marshall Davis, says the book is "semiautobiographica l," which (according to dictionary.com) means "1. pertaining to or being a fictionalized account of an author's own life. 2. pertaining to or being a work of fiction strongly influenced by events in an author's life."

d. Further, scandalous memoirs such as "Sex Rebel: Black (Memoirs of a Gash Gourmet)" have been a literary genre for centuries. According to Wikipedia, such fictional novels are allegedly factual, but are largely invented. The title, alone, qualifies it as a "scandalous memoir."

In an honest evaluation, any of these disclaimers should protect the author from literal interpretation. The combination of all four should provide absolute protection from any culpability. Unfortunately, Davis's accusers are dishonest. Like Mike Nifong, the disgraced ex-D.A. in the Duke lacrosse case, their campaign to demonize their target ignores exculpatory evidence in their reckless rush to judgment. In order to smear Barack Obama through guilt-by-association with Frank Marshall Davis, they are virtually lynching Davis by grossly misrepresenting his character and influence.

In "Sex Rebel," Davis's Bob Greene (not unlike Nabokov's Humbert Humbert) hesitates at a pubescent girl's sexual invitation, but foolishly relents. Like "Lolita," Davis's faux foreword is written by a Ph.D impersonator who details the psychological significance of the memoir. Like Nabokov, Davis wanted to write under a pseudonym to shield his reputation, but felt compelled to reveal his authorship. As a result, however, Davis has been posthumously accused of pedophilia, while "Lolita" is "considered by many to be one of the finest novels written in the 20th century." In 1998, it was named the fourth greatest English language novels of the 20th century by the Modern Library," despite also being initially dismissed as pornography, according to Wikipedia.
